- Document Description
- SSWA proposes to construct and operate the New Cement Hill Pipeline which would provide a second pipeline from the Cement Hill Water Treatment Plant to two 2-M gallon water storage tanks on Cement Hill. The construction of the mostly underground 20-in PVC pipeline would predominantly be open-cut construction in an approx 4-ft wide by 5.5 ft deep trench. After pipeline placement, the ground surface would be regraded and restored/repaved to original conditions. Construction of the pipeline is anticipated to begin in spring of 2019 and would take 85-105 calendar days.
