Document Description
BWC Terminals (formerly Contanda Terminals LLC) has developed a bulk liquid terminal at the Port of Stockton to receive, store, and transfer renewable diesel. Diesel is received by rail and marine vessels, transferred to aboveground storage tanks (ASTs) for storage, and transferred to trucks for deliveries to the local market. The proposed project would comprise minor changes to the tank numbers and capacity to be constructed at the terminal, modifying the types of commodities handled at its bulk liquid terminal (to include vegetable oil [soy and corn] as well as renewable diesel), trip mix changes to accommodate the changes in product and tank characteristics, and development of a new rail unloading site and associated rail track and pipelines to the existing terminal.
