Document Description
The OCTA is proposing to construct a new operations center for its transit and emergency security functions. The proposed Transit Security and Operations Center is planned to include a two-story facility that is approx 30,000 sf, a roof-mounted microwave tower (not to exceed 60 ft in from ground elevation), a fueling station, electric vehicle charging stations, and dedicated parking for employees, patrol vehicles and visitors. The project site is approx 3 acres and is located at the intersection of Lincoln Ave and Manchester Ave in the city of Anaheim, adjacent to the I-15/Lincoln Ave interchange.
