Document Description
The Project is limited to grading activities to support a 10.07-acre proposed commercial development project and construction of a buried pipeline with an inlet and outlet system. The construction of the 36” HDPE pipe and flared end section will connect the flow from the northwest property across the vacant adjacent property. The Larchmont Channel is a channelized drainage along the southeastern boundary of the development project that accept flows from adjacent commercial development to the northeast and east of the study area and carry those flows along the southern property boundary into a tributary channel to Warm Springs Creek. The project activities will result in a loss of 0.289 acres of stream habitat.
