The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement number EPIMS-14049-R4, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the Permittee RE Slate 1, LLC. The Project includes activities related to the construction of five permanent and nineteen temporary stream crossings along new and existing dirt access roads. The Project work is being done to support the construction of a new above-ground 16-mile-long power transmission line connecting wind turbines at the Gonzaga Ridge Wind Farm to the Los Banos Substation.
