Document Description
CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2018-0279-R5, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game code to the project Applicant, Olivehain Municipal Water District. The project would extend recycled water service from an existing OMWD recycled water meter at the SE corner of Morgan Run Club and Resort to the eastern end of the Surf Cup Soccer Fields property via horizontal directional drilling (HDD) under the San Dieguito River. No fill or impacts to streams ot wetland habitat are proposed or anticipated as a result of the project. However, it is possible that an inadvertent surface return ("frac-out") or other drilling problems could require remediation within the stream. This remediation may require the creation of temporary access routes as well as temporary replacement of containment materials (e.g., gravel bags, straw waddles, etc.) in the stream to facilitate containment and cleanup.
