Document Description
The project applicant intends to construct and operate a three-story, 83-room hotel on an 84,223 sf (1.93 acre) site. The gross building area is 46,540 sf, while the remainder of the site will consist of an 86-stall parking lot, paved walkways, curb/gutter and landscaping. Access to and from the site will be from two driveways on Magellan Dr. Construction is anticipated to occur in 2019.
