Document Description
A site development permit, coastal development permit and subsequent EIR to demolish four existing structures including one structure that is eligible for historic designation. The project is located in the Sunset Cliffs Natural Park, which is bordered to the north by the intersection of Ladera Street and Sunset Cliffs Blvd; to the west by the Pacific Ocean; to the east by residential homes and Point Loma Nazarene University; and federal land managed by the U.S. Navy to the south. The project is specifically located at two independent sites (Lomaland Dr and Ladera St) at the northwestern and northeastern corners of the Hillside Park portion of the SCNP.
