The project proposes construction of an auto dealership with supporting auto service uses totaling approx 11,447 sf within an approx 6.74-acre project site. The project site is a vacant graded property located at the southwesterly corner of Valley View Ave at Second St in the City of Norco, CA. Interstate 15 exists in a generally north - south alignment immediately west of the project. The I-15 northbound on/off-ramps interchange with Second St at the northwesterly corner of the project site.
