Caltrans proposes to rehabilitate SR 99 in Fresno County from 0.1 mile south of the Rose Ave undercrossing bridge in the city of Selma at PM R5.7 to the Merced St undercrossing bridge in the city of Fowler at PM 11.1. The project proposes to replace lanes 2 and 3 with continuously reinforced concrete pavement with recycled or new base from PM 5.7 to PM 7.3.
