The Avenue 54 and Polk Commercial Cannabis, Cultivation, Manufacturing, Distribution Campus with Motion Capture Film Studio project consists of approx 10 acres and is located on the northeast corner of Polk St and Avenue 54 in the City. The project will involve the construction of a max of 174,500 sf within 5 buildings of cannabis-related uses including a motion capture film studio, landscaping, drainage basin and 241-space parking lot. The project will be developed in 4 phases over an 8-10 year period.
