The project involves the construction, use, and maintenance of an approx 218,778 sf corporate office, manufacturing, warehouse, and retail facility for "The Coffee Bean Tea & Leaf." The project would consist of two buildings; Building A and Building B. Building A would front Jefferson Blvd and include warehouse, manufacturing, roasting, and a retail coffee shop with drive-thru. Building A would be comprised of 106,737 sf of floor area and have a max height of 3 stories and 50 ft. Building B would include corporate offices, and occupy 112,041 sf of floor area will have a max height of 6 stories and 85 ft. The project will include 3,290 sf of public plaza along the Jefferson Blvd street frontage and 18,905 sf between Building A and B for employee amenity space.
