Document Description
The Metropolitan Water District of Southern California preapred a Negative Declaration to authorize the General Manager to grant an easement to the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation for conservation purposes to allow Reclamation to restore and maintain cottonwood/willow and honey mesquite land cover on 635-acres of Metropolitan-owned land in the Palo Verde Valley.
Metropolitan's Board of Directors, acting as Lead Agency under CEQA, reviewed and adopted the Final Negative Declaration prior to its approval of the Dennis Underwood Conservation Area Project.
