Tentative Tract TT18-00001 will subdivide approx 10 gross acres into 18 single family lots and a retention basin. Ryeland Road will be to the north and provide access for six lots; Crockett Ave will continue south on the western edge of the property; Truitt Ave will continue south along the eastern edge of the property; and a new street will bisect the southern third of the property, connecting Crockett and Truitt Avenues, and providing access to the remaining 12 single family lots. A retention basin is proposed on the very southeast corner of the property.
