The Santa Barbara County Association of Governments (SBCAG) in cooperation with Caltrans proposes to modify the State Route 166/Black Road intersection in Santa Barbara County at post mile 4.5/5.1 on State Route 166. Planned improvements at the intersection include either signalization of the existing stop-controlled intersection or installation of a roundabout, as well as channelization improvements.
