The Santa Barbara County Association of Governments in cooperation with Caltrans proposes to modify the State Route 166/Black Road intersection in Santa Barbara County at PM 4.5/5.1 on SR 166. Planned improvements at the intersection include either signalization of the existing stop-controlled intersection or installation of a roundabout, as well as channelization improvements.
