Note: Initial Study and Environtmental Assessment
Caltrans, in cooperation with the City of Los Angeles Harbor Department, and the city of Los Angeles propose to improve the SR 47/Vincent Thomas Bridge and Front St/Harbor Blvd Interchange. The proposed project would improve traffic flow by creating a new separate terminus for the westbound ramps. The proposed improvements also include modification of the eastbound ramps and modification of Harbor Blvd and Front St between the new and existing termini.
