- Note: Ref SCH # 2017128150 Regional Parks with the assistance of the Department of Public Works proposes to construct an approx 3.3-mile long section of the SART on the southern bank of the Santa Ana River and local streets within the city of Redlands. The SART is a regional recreational trail; segments of the trail within San Bernardino County have been constructed in various sections (phases) with projects named sequentially. The proposed section of the SART is SART Phase IV, Reaches B & C; the trail would begin on the west side of Orange St in Redlands and terminate at Opal Ave near the Redlands city limit.
