The project is limited to one encroachment for aggregate extraction from the channel of the Van Duzen River commercial purposes. The Permittee proposes to extract up to 50,000 cubic yards of gravel annually from the Dinsmore gravel bar. Extracted gravel will be processed at an adjacent gravel processing facility and stored as needed on site.
