- The CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2018-0090-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Soper Wheeler Company, LLC. The project is limited to water drafting from one location (Drafting Site A); repair of two permanent crossings by removing and re-installing corrugated metal piepes (SR64 and CR69); installing a new corrugated metal pipe to re-establish an existing crossing (FBO3A); and cleaning out the inlet and outlet of an existing crossing (CR70).
