Document Description
The purpose of the project is to meet mitigation requirements, required by the SF Bay RWQCB. The project need is to address erosion control and sediment control for TMDL issues to meet Caltrans requirements under the NPDES permit. The project will treat 12.8 acres of untreated runoff.
