Document Description
The Advanced Variable Message Sign is proposed to be located south of the Route 160/12 junction for the northbound traffic. Currently District 4 has a CMS sign on Route 12, west of the junction, and District 10 has a CMS sign to the east of the junction, but there are no CMS signs on Route 160. Installing an AVMS sign & Closed Circuit Television along Route 160 will enable the TMC to provide traveler information and guidance to the motorists regarding any traffic incidences up north on Routes 12 and 160.
