- Dudle Ridge Water District and Kern County Water Agency have requested that DWR convey up to 932 acre-feet of transfer water from Foresthill Public Utility District. FPUD will release the transfer water from Sugar Pine Reservoir. The point of transfer will be Folsom Lake Reservoir. The transfer water will flow to the Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta, where it will be pumped by DWR at the SWP Banks Pumping Plant and conveyed to DRWD's and KCWA's service areas.
