Document Description
The CA Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2018-0341-R1, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Ms. Rosy Sarkaria. The project is limited to four encroachments to unnamed tributaries to Blue Slide Creek. Two encroachments are to upgrade existing stream crossings. Work for these encroachments will include excavation, culvert removal, replacement with new properly sized culvert and bridge, backfilling and compaction of fill, and rock armoring as necessary to minimize erosion. The other two encroachments are to remediate unpermitted stream alteration and water diversion associated with cannabis cultivation. Work will include excavation, channel reconstruction, proper spoiling or excavated material, and seeding and mulching to minimize erosion.
