CDFW has executed Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2017-0524-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Mr. Bud Riffle.
The Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement includes two project sites: one single span bridge crossings and the upgrade of a ford crossing to a culverted stream crossing. The ford crossing was documented as a violation on a previous landowner where the current landowner is undertaking the remediation of the site.
