The project involves construction of an 11-ft wide driveway that will cross a small stream, and construction of a culvert within the stream, in the backyard of a single family home. The stream is approx 24 inches wide x 14 inches deep, and will be temporarily widened to 48 inches over a 24.1 ft area for installation of the culvert, and then backfilled to the original profile. The culvert will be installed at grade and mirror the existing trajectory of the steam. The project will involve the removal of 4 small coast live oaks (between 4"-7" dbh), and at least nine oak trees will be planted.
