Document Description
The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) proposes a project to replace two culverts along State Route (SR) 120 within Tuolumne County. The culvert at post mile 30.10 is made of Corugated Steel Pipe (CSP) and will be replaced with a new culvert made of Reinforced Concrete Pipe (RCP), at the same length and diameter. The 12-inch, CSP culvert at post mile 31.44 will be replaced with a 24-inch RCP culvert at the same length. The purpose of this project is to maintain the drainage systems that support SR-120. The project is needed to ensure motorist safety and functionallity of the highway system.
