Document Description
DTSC proposes to revise hazardous waste management requirements in CA Code of Regulations, title 22, division 4.5, chapters 14, 15, and 20 to be consistent with federal requirements of 40 code of federal regulations parts 264, 265, and 270. The proposal includes amending the environmental health standards for the management of hazardous waste, sections 66264.90, 66264.110, 66264.121, 66265.90, 66265.110, 66265.121, 66270.1, 66270.14, and 66270.28.
