Culvert failures involve the undercutting of Lytton Station Road and corrosion of the culverts. Steel plates have been placed over the damaged road surfaces covering most of one lane of travel. The Project is located in the vicinity 565 Lytton Springs Road, at Post Miles 11.14 and 11.15, northeast of the City of Healdsburg in Sonoma County. The proposed cross culvert replacement activities will be performed during the dry season and will temporarily disturb waters of the state.
