CDFW has executed Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2017-0593-R1, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Ms. Erica Wheeler.
The project is limited to 3 encroachments. One encroachment is for water diversion from an isolated spring for domestic use. Work for the water diversion will include use and maintenance of the water diversion infrastructure. The second encroachment is for remediation of a braided spring. Work will include removal of diversion infrastructure associated with two water diversions and stream remediation from excavated ponds (i.e., filling to reestablishing natural flow). The third encroachment is to upgrade an existing wetland spillway. Work will include excavation, culvert removal and replacement, backfilling and compaction of fill, and rock armoring as necessary to minimize erosion.
