Document Description
Allow weddings to take place at China Camp Village and China Camp Point in China Camp State Park to help support the continued operation of the park by the non-profit organization, Friends of China Camp. Weddings will be limited to up to 10 weddings per year, at each site (the Village and the Point), with up to 120 people in attendance at each event. Weddings will be allowed on weekends only, in the spring, summer, and fall. Parking areas within China Camp State Park can be utilized for the weddings, with spaces kept open for the public. In preparation for the anticipated events, a new split rail fence will be installed above the bluff at the Point to prevent people from trampling sensitive sites on the bluff.
