Work for each station will: excavate a 24" deep by 24" wide hole and install a 4"x6" wood post in hole; secure post by using 15 lbs of fast-drying concrete; attach the 2' long by 6" diameter PVC pipe collection station and signage to the wood post; and back-fill hole with native dirt from excavation after installation.
