Document Description
SWRCB, as the responsible agency, will be issuing a water supply permit. The city of Imperial proposed project included addition of a filtration system to the existing water treatment plant site. All project improvements will occur on previously disturbed land and be limited to the boundaries of the existing project site. Project improvements will consist of: 1) pipe connection to an existing 24-in pipeline on the existing site; 2) construction of an 18 ft by 63 ft concrete slab; 3) installation of four steel tanks to hold filter media (each tank is 10-ft in diameter by 12-ft tall); 4) new paved asphalt for truck turn out; 5) miscellaneous piping and electrical connections.
