- Reconfigure three 25ft x 45ft trailer pads in the Skymeadow employee residence area of Big Basin State Park in order to provide for additional space for employee parking. Work will: move an existing fire hydrant 10' to provide additional space for the reconfigured pads; limb up 2 redwood trees to provide adequate clearance during pad construction; excavate the necessary trenches for the relocation of existing utilities; in the areas designated for the new trailer pads, excavate to a depth of 5"; install approx 5" to 6" of class 2 road base graded to a 2-5% outslope for drainage; compact the road base with a drum roller; and overlay road base with a 3" layer of asphalt.
