DTSC approved the Kadota Avenue Warehouse (Site) Indoor Air Sampling Report, prepared by Apex Companies, dated July 10, 2018. The Indoor Air Sampling Report recommended land use restrictions to address indoor air, soil and soil gas contamination from a release of tetrachloroethylene (PCE) at the Kadota Avenue Warehouse Site. DTSC approved the Indoor Air Sampling Report pursuant to Chapter 6.8, Division 20, Section 25355(a)(1) of the Health and Safety Code.
