Document Description
The purpose of the project is to repair the east bank of Outfall E-003 near the outfall terminus at San Pablo Bay. The project will involve the placement of approx 70 cubic yards of rock fill within 0.01 acre (400 sf) of U.S. and State waters. The rock is intended to protect the base of the wall where erosion has occurred, which will reduce undercutting and the potential for instability.
