- This project proposes to replace ~2,500 lf of a 12-in diameter effluent force main (sewage pipeline) located at Silverwood Lake SRA to the Cleghorn Wastewater Treatment Plant. This replacement force main is needed to ensure the safe and efficient transport of wastewater can continue to fulfill its design purpose and deliver wastewater for treatment. The Cleghorn Wastewater Treatment Plant is located near the intersection of Hwy 138 and Cleghorn Canyon Road in the unincorporated portion of San Bernardino County.

If the project is implemented as indicated within the project evaluation from, then it is exempt under CEQA 15303 - New construction or conversion of small structures and CEQA 15304 - Minor alterations to land. The action falls under the Dept List of Exempt activities according to CEQA 15300.4 as defined in the Dept of Operations Manual, Chapter 0600 as: water main, sewage, electrical, gas and other utility extensions; minor trenching and backfilling where the surface is restored.
