Document Description
During the FERC No. 2130 Spring-Gap Stanislaus Hydroelectric system outage drain the forebay and armor the penstock intake by excavating material and spraying shotcrete. Improve the drainage pathway to the Low Level Outlet, and abandon use of the LLO.
