Proposed improvement consists of installing new irrigation systems, new landscaping, new exerice equipment, new flat work to accommodate a bide trail and walking trail. Also incorporates water retention measures. In addition, the improvement are proposed on properties owned by the City of Huntington Park and LA Department of Water and Power.
