Document Description
The project is limited to the replacement of an existing concrete water crossing. This includes removal of approximately 90 feet by 12 feet of solid and crumbling concrete on and adjacent to roadway. The project also includes pouring 90 feet by 12 feet of concrete, approximately three inches deep on the downstream side and approximately four inches deep on the upstream side. The lowest section of the new roadway will be constructed at grade with the channel. In order for the new roadway to be constructed, a temporary access road will be created adjacent to and downstream of the existing roadway. The temporary access road will be approximately 100 feet long and 12 feet wide. Construction of the temporary access road includes hand removal of willows by trimming them at the base and leveling of the river rock so vehicles can pass.
