Document Description
Install a solar powered fire camera at D.L. Bliss State Park for early fire detection and on-going situational awareness during wildfire incidents to protect natural resources, property, and the health and safety of residents, visitors, first responders, and firefighting personnel. Work will: -Use hand tools to excavate one 18.5" deep x 22" wide hole and insert one 16.5' tall metal tower; -secure the lower 12.5" of the tower with concrete and backfill the remaining 6" with native soil; Attach to the tower: -one pan-tilt-zoom high definition camera with mount (approximately 15' above the ground) -one 24" x 20" x 12" electronics box -one 24" x 24" x 12" battery box -Two 24" round antennas; and -Two 65" x 40" x 2" 255 Watt solar panels
