The Housing Authority of City of Los Angeles Board of Commissioners approved a resolution authorizing the award of an Exclusive Right to Negotiate ("ERN") a master development agreement between The Authority and the Richman Group of California Development Company for a period of ninety days with two ninety day extensions for the redevelopment of the Rancho San Pedro public Housing project.
