CPUC is a cooperating agency with the BLM in preparation of the Ten West Link Project Final EIS. CPUC relied on the BLM EIS pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Sections 15221/15225, and considered information in the EIS Appendices/technical doc in its decision to issue a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity. Project includes installation of a 500-kV transmission line/infrastructure in California and Arizona. Seventeen miles is in California, within the eastern portion of Riverside County.
