The State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board) is a Responsible Agency for the Project. The State Water Board’s Clean Water State Revolving Fund (SRF) Program is financing the Project. The Project includes:
1. Upsize sewer trunk segments adjacent to San Andreas Creek;
2. Improve maintenance hole geometry at MH E-1200; and
3. Upsize sewers with recurring maintenance issues tributary to the trunk improvements.
