The Modesto Irrigation District (MID), located in the northern portion of the San Joaquin Valley in Stanislaus County, developed a Comprehensive Water Resources Management Plan (Proposed Program) to address MID's ling-term system improvements and projects. In accordance with CEQA compliance, a Programmatic Environmental Impact Report was completed and certified by the MID Board of Directors on April 25, 2023. The PEIR concluded that there are no significant environmental impacts resulting from Program.
