Document Description
The project proposes a new worship space, assembly space, classrooms, ritual bath area, kitchen, library, offices, conference room, sleeping guest suites, a multipurpose room, and children play areas in two, two-story buildings totaling 23,300 sf on the 1.3-acre property at 4410 Douglas Blvd in Granite Bay (southwest corner of Douglas Blvd and Woodgrove Way). The proposed new buildings would replace an existing 4,600 sf community center building (a renovated former fire station) on the property.
