- The project includes installation of the North Manteca Trunk Sewer, and water and recycled water systems. The North Manteca Trunk Sewer utility corridor improvements include a proposed 24-in recycled water pipeline, and 54-in sanitary sewer pipeline. The 24-in recycled water pipeline, and 54-in sanitary sewer pipeline would extend north from the Manteca WQCF, across Yosemite Ave, along Swanson Rd, and approx 2,000 ft east through rural residential and agricultural property to its terminus at Airport Way. The 54-in sanitary sewer pipeline will connect to the existing 36-in Central Trunk Sewer located at Airport Way.
