Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2019-0935-R1, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Mr. Ray Wilcox. The project consists of six encroachment(s): One encroachment is for water diversion from an Unnamed Tributary (spring fed pond) to Baker Creek. Water is diverted for dust abatement only. Work for the water diversion will include use and maintenance of the water diversion infrastructure. One encroachment is to upgrade an undersized culvert. Another encroachment is to remove a dirt ford crossing and all associated fill. One encroachment includes site cleanup (removal of trash, perched fill, etc.). Culvert maintenance will take place and includes cleaning of inlets as necessary to prevent plugging. Lastly, riparian planting will take place at one location.
