- Approval of up to 41,060 sf of indoor (greenhouse) commercial cannabis grow site via use permit 18-19 and IS 18-23. Water will be taken from the existing on-site wells. A new septic system will be needed for employee bathrooms. Estimated monthly water usage is 54,000 gallons. Typical hours of operation would be daily 7:00 am to 7:00 pm. There will be up to 10 employees working in the greenhouse. Some grading is required for this project, which would have a 41,060 sf concrete pad poured for the floor of the greenhouse. There are no mapped sensitive species on the site, however the entire site is within the AO flood plain. The applicant has indicated that two 1000 gallon tanks will be placed in the greenhouse along with a boiler room to provide heat. Two 500 gallon propane tanks will also be used inside the greenhouse.
