Document Description
The proposed project includes the development of a 69-unit subdivision with lots ranging in size from 6,500 square feet to 17,832 sf on the 17.46-acre parcel located north of Kost rd and west of the Union Pacific railroad tracks in Galt, California. The proposed project includes internal circulation that would provide access to the proposed residences. The necessary entitlements include adoption of a Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program, a rezone from R1A to R1C, a tentative subdivision map.
